Booking & Cancellations
Your time is valuable, and so is ours! Help us help more people by rescheduling in advance so your appointment time can go to someone else if you know you will not be able to make it. We also understand that life happens, please communicate with our staff right away if you need to reschedule an appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled less than twenty-four hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a fifty dollar ($50) late cancellation fee.
Pre-Paid Appointments
Online bookings require pre-payment. There is a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the service total will be required to reserve your next appointment. A minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice or fail to show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, regardless of reason for cancellation / no show.If you are wanting to pay closer to your appointment date or at the time of your appointment, please contact our staff by call or text to 604.217.2588 with the date / time you are interested in and our team will book you in.
No-Show Policy
No-Show's (not showing up to your appointment) are subject to a fifty dollar ($50) no-show fee.
Refunds
Completed appointments / treatments are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of pre-paid appointments are refundable. Unopened supplements are refundable except for tonics which are always final sale. Opened supplements are not able to be refunded.
